I write code, but my real job is making systems communicate correctly.
I work at the intersection of enterprise communications platforms and software engineering. Architecture, development, go-live and production troubleshooting are parts of the same responsibility.
How I think about engineering
Clean code alone does not make a system well designed. What happens under load, how it behaves when dependencies fail, how quickly logs reveal the problem and whether a rollback path exists are all part of the design.
That is why I treat application code, network, SIP, media, operating systems, reverse proxies, databases and observability as parts of the same system.
In contact center environments, even a small configuration difference can change the call flow. For me, troubleshooting means placing evidence on the same timeline and explaining system behavior rather than guessing.
